Princes has invested in a full range of Nautilus resistance equipment and up-to-date cardiovascular equipment; we even have a cardiovascular theatre so that you can watch TV or enjoy music while you work out! Highly dedicated and qualified staff are available to tailor-make your programme, designed to your personal requirements. Reassessments every 12 sessions are complimentary. 10-week courses and personal training are available for extra motivation and goal achievement..

Studio

Princes offers a full range of classes to suit participants of all levels. Our bright airy studio, sprung floor and lively music create an energetic and fun environment. Fully qualified friendly instructors are always on hand to advise and motivate!

Body Mechanics

Based here at Princes, Body Mechanics is an established treatment facility, encompassing therapies from injury diagnosis and rehabilitation, to stress relief massage.

There are a range of specialist treatments available from qualified therapists to ensure that you can cope with the pressures of everyday life and lead a fit and healthy lifestyle, looking and feeling your best at all times.
